Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI)

OPI can be done via a two or three-way call between you, the interpreter, and the non-English-speaking party. It is especially useful when the party you are trying to reach is unable to attend in person and is at another location. Telephone interpretation is often used when in-person interpreters are not available such as for languages of lesser diffusion or when immediate access to an interpreter is required.

To schedule in OPI interpreter, all that is needed is a request with the language, date, time, and a phone number for the interpreter to reach you if no number is available. We are also able to set up a virtual meeting where you will be able to join by calling a dial-in number that will be provided to you.
